Golden Tulip Holland Resort Batu ★★★★★

The breakfast is very good with varieties of menu. The towels look dirty as they are not white anymore and show some stains on it.

On one of the days we were staying, we turn red 'no disturb' sign on because we want to rest inside our room during the day after early morning outing, but at around midday we received a phone call from the house keeping just to confirm that we don't want the room to be cleaned. It's so annoying as the phone woke us up and disturbed our rest.

The swimming pool is great.

The car park is very limited for cars.

Breakfast was Good and we enjoyed the beautiful scenery. However we felt the restaurant could have been better and offer better value for our family. The Pizza was good. Overall we felt hotel was expensive but we enjoyed our stay.

i like the breakfast variety, especial nasi campur that serve diff menu every day.

The room is nice, clean. The ambience of the hotel is excellence. Tha facility is good, the restauran is perfect, lots of varian of restaurant such as oriental restaurant, western n indonesian food.

There are lots of ants in one of our room so that we have to remove all of our food from table. The water of kids swimming pools looks dirty.

Nice hotel with big rooms.

Not enough staff so resulted in poor service. Family place so lots of noisy children screaming and shouting and this especially bad during breakfast where people let their small children at the buffet! There Should be signs up to stop children running around screaming. Overall, probably good for families but I would not recommend for anyone wanting peace and quiet. Dinner menu at the restaurant was not great. Wish they had more local food on the menu.

- The staff & service was terrible! Very disappointing. The staff is not really well-trained for what they said a 5 star hotel. The receptionist who handled me was very slow and not giving much information about the hotel and facility. She even put me on the 1st floor room with no view. - The breakfast was a mess. They have 2 restaurants to serve breakfast; 1 indoor & 1 outdoor. The indoor one was full and they asked me to go upstairs and have my breakfast outdoor. The outdoor restaurant was VERY messy. The floor was wet and there were a lot of messy table with left out food and plates. The staff, specifically the chef who cooks in the egg station was very rude. I ordered sunny side up, left for 5 minutes, then when I came back to the egg station she said that there were no more eggs left, then she asked me to go downstairs to the indoor restaurants to re-order my egg there! - My refrigerator in my room was not working at all and I called the housekeeping and what she said is just "Sorry", without giving any solution. - The towel looked very dirty and ruined. - The bathroom smells terribly. - Not really a what-called 5 star hotel service.

The food have many variant, 2 days stay, diff menu. The room is big enough.

When staying, there is some repair to the other room, noisy enough to disturb other customer.

i like the restaurant, the food was delicious. but it takes very long to prepare my food, though the waitress already warn me about that. but the food meets my expectations.

Huge property, great view (premiere room facing mountain), delicious food in Branche Restaurant, great breakfast spread, nice size room (2 adult + 1 child). Shuttle to Secret Zoo. Very nice staffs too.

For non smoker, please beware. Especially during breakfast, don’t sit next to the sliding door, its a designated area for smoking, and the smell was awfull. A lot of flies on the way to the restaurant. Hotel location were ok, for those who drive, will not have any trouble, those whose not, pls remember this hotel was a bot far from the main street.

Nice room, comfortable bed and great swimming pool with slide! Family friendly and so much fun for kids. Staff are polite and friendly!

Rooms can be cleaner. Some sticky marks on the doors and sliding doors. We were not provided with hand towels or face towels, only 2 bath towels. Apparently that’s all we can have for staying at a deluxe room - I found this a little odd for a hotel this class. They did deliver hand towels upon request but had to ask everyday.

Beautiful new modern design hotel resort.. Love the premier king balcony view, and fresh cold wind...so relaxing

Two times lift for going to my room. There's a bit drainage smell in some place, but still fine...may be its new and some still construction.

The staffs were friendly. Breakfast were good.

The bathroom especially needs to be maintained well. The water was very slowly to drain. The cleanliness of the bathroom also should be checked frequently.

All and all,the view fron the balcony,the spacious room,the warmth staff and security,the choco lava,the breakfast,everything!!Definetly we'll be back again ;-)

The cold water in the swimming pool after 3pm.But since it's nearby the mountain so nothing can do with it!

It's a luxurious hotel on the hills of Batu City. Three pools are provided: the one for regular swimming, another one for kids (and adults) with warm water, and the other one for a jacuzzi experience. The breakfast was amazing (however, the seating area was a bit narrow). The view was great. The room was spacious, with bathroom and closet behind the sleeping area (though, the door of the bathroom is not lockable as it's made of glass). The balcony was great.
